My client is a large financial services company who is looking for an experienced Test Lead who specialises in working across all phases of the SDLC, and leading a team of testers to success.

This role will be a 12 month contract, hybrid working (mostly remote) and offers a negotiable daily rate starting at €500 per day depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead an experienced QA and testing team, encouraging high performance and efficiency
• Create and execute a detailed testing strategy for the organisation
• Liaise with other managers to ensure that the test plan aligns with the overall project
• Deliver detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders , discussing progress and addressing any issues that have been identified
• Mentor and guide junior members of the team and assist with the overall recruitment process

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience within a management/ Lead role
• Minimum 7 years experience within software testing
• In depth knowledge of software testing principles/ tools and experience of working within various methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ISTQB Certified is a bonus
